How do I get my City Cast swag?
For folks who become a member during a campaign with a promotional swag offer, we will be in touch with you after the campaign ends to mail you your item. Please note: only new members who join during the campaign period are eligible to receive the swag.

Is there a one-time payment option?
All City Cast memberships renew either monthly or annually. You can update your billing information at any time by logging into our membership portal or reaching out to membership@citycast.fm.
