Philippe Chow DC (The Wharf)
Sip on the beautifully crafted Sake Bloom, made with grapefruit, yuzu liqueur, Champagne, and topped with Sakura blossoms. During peak bloom, you can also chow down on their nine-course lobster imperial menu, which features a complimentary Blooming Bubbles cocktail — Champagne topped with more of those gorgeous petals.
Conservatory (Ivy City)
Head to the rooftop bar above Gravitas for the Cherry Blossom cocktail, made with green tea-infused Roku gin, bitter bianco, lemon, and honey syrup.
Fig & Olive (City Center)
Starting March 20, enjoy the Cherry Blossom Sour with Blanco Tequila, agave nectar, Maraschino Liqueur, and muddled cherries.

Residents Café and Bar (Dupont)
Enjoy a full spring-themed menu of bites and cocktails at the fully cherry blossom-themed Residents. Try the Sakura Spritz, made of sparkling sake, Japanese vermouth, Haku vodka, and cherry juice.
Stellina Pizzeria (Union Market, Mt. Vernon, and Arlington)
