Morning, neighbor. Heads up to all D.C. drivers: the city has started issuing warnings for those caught on camera driving in bus-only lanes. After the 45-day warning period, you could get ticketed up to $200!

The tolls on Dulles Greenway in Loudon County could soon increase by 40%. The highway is the only privately owned one in Virginia and they are in debt due to ridership decline. If the request to increase toll costs is approved, the highway travel between Dulles International Airport and the Leesburg Bypass would jump from $5.80 to $8.10. [Washington Post 🔒]
Sale of Decades Vacant School
D.C. Rep Eleanor Holmes Norton has introduced a bill to compel the federal government to sell the historic Daniel Webster School. The building at 10th and H streets NW has been closed but empty for two decades. Norton hopes the building sale could help revitalize real estate downtown. [Washington Business Journal]
Bowser Wants To Protect Your Car For Free
Mayor Muriel Bowser and MPD are working with Hyundai to provide local Hyundai owners with anti-theft technology. The tech will be installed for free at mobile clinics from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday to Monday at RFK Parking Lot 8.
