More Updates on Falcicchio-Gate
The Mayor’s Office of Legal Counsel concluded that John Falcicchio – Mayor Muriel Bowser’s former right-hand man – made sexual advances on five occasions toward a D.C. government employee. The report, however, does not substantiate her claims of retaliation. This is the counsel’s second Falcicchio report. In June, the office also substantiated the first accuser’s claims. D.C. Council has passed emergency legislation requiring an independent review of the findings. [Washington Post 🔒]
