Is The Charles Allen Recall Effort Illegal?

A group opposing the Charles Allen recall campaign sent a complaint to the city, saying the campaign illegally benefited from fundraisers and withheld information about donors. Third Staffer Comes Out Against Falcicchio

A new report shows John Falcicchio, a former top adviser to Mayor Bowser, made “unwanted sexual advances” towards a third staffer. Falcicchio resigned after being accused of sexual harassment by two former staffers, who both reached settlements with the city. Glenstone Workers Look to Unionize

Workers at Potomac’s Glenstone Museum are unionizing. The employees are asking for a living wage, commuter accommodation, and a more diverse workforce. The museum respects the “staff’s right to decide whether to be represented by a union” but has yet to recognize the union. [WAMU]
