Amtrak Takes Over Union Station

- Hopefully, these changes will tide us over until Union Station’s larger modernization project – which could take 13 years – is complete. [City Cast DC 🎧]
ANC Commissioner Shortage
D.C. is suffering from a lack of Advisory Neighborhood Commission candidates, with a third of available seats still uncontested a week before the election filing deadline. Veteran commissioners say disagreement and hostility between constituents make it “exhausting” to stay in the unpaid positions. [City Cast DC 🎧]
