D.C. is paying over $565,000 dollars to an LA consulting firm to draw up another set of plans for a new RFK stadium. District Dogs Worker Indicted for Animal Cruelty

A former District Dogs employee was arrested for animal cruelty after he allegedly kicked a 5-month-old dog to death during an overnight shift at the Navy Yard location. This comes after 10 dogs died last August during a flood at the Northeast District Dogs facility. [Washington Post 🔒]
