D.C.'s Alcoholic Beverage and Cannabis Administration’s (ABCA) Enforcement Division and MPD shut down two more unlicensed cannabis shops on Wednesday: All American Papers and StonerzDC. As part of the bust, police say they recovered 949 grams of marijuana laced with amphetamine. [ABCA Press Release]
