102 Animals Rescued In Animal Cruelty Case

The leaders of a Loudoun County animal rescue group pleaded guilty to animal cruelty after a months-long investigation. 70 dogs, 28 cats, two rabbits and two parakeets were seized from the now-defunct shelter after they were found malnourished and living in filthy conditions. [WTOP]
