Maryland Pitches New Delivery Fee
Maryland Gov. Wes Moore is proposing a 75-cent delivery fee on food and package deliveries to help fund improvements to the state’s transportation systems. Bike Lanes Still Snow-Covered
Over a week after D.C.’s big snowstorm, many bike lanes still haven’t been cleared, creating icy and often dangerous conditions. DDOT has a bike-lane team that is supposed to clear the snow six to 24 hours after it takes care of car lanes. [DC News Now]

Birds Eye View
The Georgetown Lutheran church is opening its bell tower to the community this week so you can climb up and get a birds-eye view of Georgetown. It’s only open because it’s under construction and won't happen again in the foreseeable future.
