Congress Considers Cutting $1B From DC Budget
A new federal spending bill aimed at preventing a government shutdown would cut almost $1 billion from D.C.’s budget, forcing the city to revert to its 2024 budget spending levels. If it passes, it’d be the largest exertion of federal power over D.C. in years. [Washington Post 🔒]

DC Reduces Traffic Fines For Low Income Residents
