Virginia lawmakers have agreed to not fully enforce a 2020 law banning conversion therapy for kids. The let-up follows a lawsuit from a conservative group, and a consent decree now allows for talk therapy between willing counselors and patients. [WTOP]

Prince George’s County officials say they aren’t giving up the FBI headquarters without a fight. The Trump administration wants to move the FBI to the Ronald Reagan Building Downtown rather than the previously selected Greenbelt location. [NBC4]
