Why Can’t DC Get Its Dangerous Drivers Off the Road?

D.C.’s Attorney General just sued 12 DMV drivers — eight in Maryland, four in Virginia — responsible for almost 2,000 unpaid tickets. The city can actually predict, pretty accurately, who is going to get into an accident. But getting them off the road has proven difficult. [City Cast DC 🎧]
