Bowser Wants to Stop Teens From ‘Wilding Out’
Mayor Bowser wants to set new youth curfews in place to deter the big teen gatherings that have been happening at the Wharf and Navy Yard. “Young people wilding out,” said Bowser, calling on parents to keep track of their kids. [Axios]
