Congress Inches Towards Gov't Reopening
Senate Republicans — along with eight Senate Democrats — have a deal on a plan to end the nation’s longest government shutdown. 27-Year-Old Murder Case Solved
A Prince George’s County murder case from 1998 (which was also the subject of a podcast) was finally solved using genetic material collected after the murder. The perpetrator, Edward Watts, has already died. [WTOP]
