Eighteen people were hospitalized after a people mover at Dulles International Airport crashed while bringing passengers back to a gate. [ABC7]

Metrobus Adopts ‘Tap to Ride’

D.C. buses will start using Tap to Ride by mid-November, allowing riders to tap a credit or debit card directly on the fare reader. WMATA launched the same system on Metro this May. [WTOP]

District Homicide Rate Slows
